AI coworkers, built and supervised by Nowstaffed

An AI coworker for the role you’re hiring for.

Give it the repetitive computer work of a role: invoices, orders, data entry, portal updates, follow-ups. It works in your software under its own login, and checks with you before anything reaches a customer.

You don’t set anything up. We build it around your procedures, set it up with your IT, and supervise it every day.

01 — What it is

Not software your team has to run. A coworker we build, place and supervise.

Most AI tools need someone on your team to drive them. This works like a staffing placement: you describe the role, and we deliver a coworker that already knows the job and answers to your team.

The coworker

  • Its own email, calendar and loginsCreated by your IT, like any new hire’s.
  • Its own computerIt signs itself in and works through the day.
  • Trained on your proceduresYour steps, your templates, your rules.
  • A report every afternoonWhat it finished, what’s waiting, what needs you.

Our team

  • Builds it for the roleFrom your duties, your software and your past work.
  • Sets it up with your ITOne session, with a checklist we provide.
  • Tests it before live workAgainst how your team handled the same items.
  • Supervises it every dayWe review its work and correct what it gets wrong.
If you heard from Riley, you’ve already met one. Riley is the AI coworker that handles our outreach. It has its own inbox, says it’s AI in every signature, and hands every reply to our team.

02 — How it starts

You see it work on your own items before you commit to anything.

  1. Step 1One call

    Tell us about the role

What the work is, which software it happens in, and roughly how much of it there is.

  2. Step 2About a week

A short test on your real work

You share a sample of past items. It works through them on our machines, with no access to your systems, and you compare the results with your team’s.

  3. Step 3About an hour of IT

    Setup, like a new hire

Your IT creates its accounts with only the access the role needs. We train it on your procedures.

  4. Step 4Days 1–30

    30 days on live work

To start, it shadows your team and nothing it does goes live. Then it acts, with your approval on anything that matters.

  5. Step 5Day 30

    You decide from the scorecard

What it handled, how accurate it was, and how much time it saved your team. Keep it on, or stop.

03 — Working with it

No dashboard to learn. It reports to you by email and chat.

You manage it like a careful new hire: read its afternoon report, approve what it has prepared, and answer its questions.

04 — What it can do

If your team does it on a computer, again and again, it can take it on.

Entering, updating, checking, chasing. The routine work that lives in your software, your inbox and your spreadsheets. The roles below are where teams usually start. They’re examples, not a limit.

05 — Control

It works inside your systems, under your rules. You can switch it off in one step.

Off switch
You own its accounts. Disable it at your identity provider, and it stops immediately.
Access
Only what the role needs. Your IT grants the permissions, and can change them at any time.
Approvals
Money and outside messages wait for your OK. It prepares; your people release.
Audit
A full activity log. Every action, with a screenshot, under its own name in each system.
Data
Your data stays in your systems. It works through its own accounts in your tools.
Passwords
It never sees them. Credentials are kept in a vault and filled in for it.
Disclosure
Always identified as AI. In its name, its profile and every signature.

By default, it never

  • Releases or schedules a payment
  • Changes users, permissions or bank details
  • Deletes records
  • Emails anyone outside approved domains

06 — Questions

What buyers ask us.

What if it makes a mistake?

Anything sent outside your company, or involving money, waits for your approval, so mistakes are caught before they leave. Before live work, it’s tested on your past cases. When it’s unsure, it asks instead of guessing. Every action is logged, and our team reviews its work daily.

Does it replace my staff?

It takes the repetitive computer work in one role. Use it to cover an open seat, or to take load off your team while you keep hiring. Judgment calls stay with your people.

How is this different from ChatGPT or Copilot?

Those are tools someone on your team has to drive. This is a coworker that already knows the role, works on its own schedule in your systems, and is supervised by us. Nobody on your team has to become an AI expert.

Which software can it use?

Most tools a person uses on a computer: accounting systems, CRMs, TMSs, carrier and insurance portals, spreadsheets and email. We confirm your exact setup on the call.

What access does it need?

Its own user account in each tool, with the minimum permissions for the role. Your IT creates them, as for a new hire, and can disable them at any time.

What does it cost?

A one-time setup, then a monthly fee per coworker, based on the role. You’ll have the price in writing before the 30 days start.

What happens at day 30?

You get the scorecard and decide. If you keep it, it continues month to month. If you stop, its accounts are disabled, its computer is wiped, and your data stays with you.

Who is Nowstaffed?

A US company that builds, sets up and supervises AI coworkers for operations teams. Our own outreach is handled by Riley, an AI coworker set up the same way.
